GamePicks
Peer-to-peer sports pick contests across nine leagues (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, WNBA, Premier League, Champions League, college and UFC), played for points, not money. Players pick more or less on player stats, call the week's winners, draft a lineup by tiers, or try to outlast everyone in Survivor, against each other instead of a house.
- A worker that pulls schedules and live box scores for nine leagues from ESPN, sets each line from the player's last 10 games, and settles picks the moment a game goes final. One registry file defines each league's formats, stats and fantasy scoring
- More/Less entries matched head-to-head or in groups of five by stake and size. If nobody joins within 90 seconds, tagged demo players fill the group so you're never left waiting
- Four formats on one points ledger: More/Less, weekly Pick'Em, daily Tiers fantasy lineups, and a four-week Survivor where one loss knocks you out
- Live entry tracking against each line, standings, a leaderboard by net points, and a commissioner page for worker health, manual results and line overrides
- Runs as three small containers (app, worker, one-off migrations) on a shared VPS, behind a Cloudflare Tunnel
