Direct booking and a front desk for a 97-room beach resort in Liwliwa, Zambales, built around how the resort already works: guests hold rooms, send a 50% GCash or BDO deposit, and upload the receipt for staff to check.
- A map of the resort as the room picker, so guests choose the exact hut, not just a room type, with live free and taken rooms for their dates. Staff redraw it in a built-in editor over their own site plan or drone shot
- Holds that release themselves after six hours without a deposit, receipt uploads checked from the dashboard, and row locks on each room so two people can't book the same hut at once
- Guest booking pages with a timeline and self-service rebooking that follows the resort's rules: once, at least seven days before arrival, within six months, no downgrades
- Front desk with today's arrivals and departures, a three-week calendar of every room, walk-ins, check-in with the cash security deposit, and room moves
- Owner tools for weekday and weekend rates, holiday pricing with minimum stays, closures, extra-guest fees, photos and staff accounts
