Clinic booking system
Online booking and a front-desk schedule for a made-up two-dentist clinic. Patients pick a service and an open time, or ask the clinic's AI chat to book for them, and staff see every visit on one calendar.
- Availability that follows each dentist's days, lunch breaks, holidays and how long each service takes. Kids only see the pediatric dentist
- Double-booking protection: the slot check and the write are one SQL statement, so two people racing for the same time can't both get it
- Booking from the chat: the AI reads what the patient wants ("pa-book po ng cleaning sa Sabado ng umaga") and offers real open times from the schedule
- Private links for patients to move or cancel without an account, plus a calendar file for their phone
- Front-desk calendar per dentist with walk-ins, no-shows and blocked time
