AI Lead Assistant
A chat assistant for small business websites, shown on a demo site for a made-up dental clinic. It answers questions from the business's own price list and FAQs, in English or Taglish, and when someone wants to book, it takes their details and passes them to the owner.
- Chat widget that goes on any site with one script tag and picks up the site's font and colors
- Answers come only from a per-business config. It books visits straight into the clinic's schedule, and anything it can't answer becomes a lead for staff
- Lead dashboard with each chat transcript and a short AI summary of what the customer wants
- Per-visitor rate limiting, a guard against prompt-leak attempts, and a fallback to the clinic's phone number if the AI quota runs out
